The building works have just begun at a site in Dudley St Coogee

Corona Projects helped a client to obtain a Development Approval for 15 affordable units of a four storey development in Dudley St, Coogee.
This development will provide accommodation to key workers: teachers, police officers, nurses, midwives and local government employees.
The development featuring a two level basement carpark has a total floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.4:1 which includes a 0.5 FSR bonus. As a condition of consent, 50% of the development will be leased to an affordable housing provider on completion.
Corona Projects have assisted the client throughout the entire development process:
- Concept feasibility study,
- Overseeing the design,
- Obtaining a Development Approval via an appeal in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
Following a competitive selective tender process, the building contract has been awarded to Airth Building, with piling, shoring and excavation works being handled by the industry experts On Point Piling and Matthews Contracting.
This success would not be possible without our great team of planners, surveyors, designers, engineers, lawyers and many others. Well done team.
