Rivka comes from a unique background of working in the building certification industry and has found this experience to be very useful in her work with Corona Projects. Having graduated from Bond University with a Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Environments and Planning, sustainable practices are of particular interest to her in the planning industry.

She has experience in projects ranging between commercial, residential, and industrial, across many metropolitan Sydney council areas. This includes preparing the lodgement of DA submissions, and coordination of CCs and CDCs with certifiers.

Rivka values transparency with her clients and hopes this helps them feel comfortable and informed in the process of their development project.

Madeline has acquired an extensive understanding of statutory planning legislation and issues from her involvement in a range of complex development projects across a number of local government areas in NSW. She has experience in preparing residential, commercial, and industrial development applications and reports.

Madeline has excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving and a drive to achieve positive and timely planning outcomes for all clients.

Madeline graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Planning

Karmen holds a Bachelor of Construction, major in Quantity Surveying from Massey University and a Master of City Planning at the University of New South Wales.

Karmen has a great understanding of statutory planning legislation and has assisted with multi-disciplinary projects in residential and commercial development. Karmen is experienced in the preparation and lodgement of development applications and building information certificates across the Greater Sydney region. She also has extensive experience in the coordination of Construction Certificates (CC), Complying Development Certificates (CDC) and Subdivision Certificates.

Karmen can also speak Cantonese and Mandarin. Her diverse skill set with a deep knowledge of the process of working with the Council, Principal Certifying Authorities (PCA) and specialised consultants assure her to provide professional planning advice and quality project management service.

Lauren is an eager and enthusiastic town planner with interests covering sustainability, housing and urban design. She has exemplary attention to detail, is highly personable and is exceptionally motivated to provide a high standard of service to all clients.

Lauren has substantial knowledge of statutory planning legislation spanning a number of local government areas in NSW. Lauren has experience in the preparation and lodgement of residential, industrial and commercial development applications and particularly enjoys residential projects where she can work with members of the community to help achieve their desired outcomes.

Lauren graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Planning.

She is responsible for the management of development assessment processes, coordinating specialist consultants, due diligence reporting, and working closely with clients and consultants.

Matt is an avid town planner with interests spanning design, sustainability, and environmental policy.

Matt has amassed experience in the preparation, coordination, and lodgement of numerous development applications throughout Greater Sydney, Wollongong, and the Central Coast along with experience in preparing Planning Permits within Greater Melbourne. This wide range of experience enables him to provide intuitive planning advice in relation to a wide breadth of developments, including residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

Matt has undertaken his studies at the University of Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Environments.
