Design Approval for a 4 level ‘new age boarding house’ in Bronte. This new type of boarding house includes private bathrooms and/ or food preparation facilities and some are self-contained rooms with similarities to studio apartments.
The site presented many opportunities and challenges, such as small site with narrow frontage, steep topography, flood affectation, parking, mature street trees.
These and many other issues have been successfully resolved to the client’s ultimate satisfaction.
